SEVARTH Scheme

Directorate of Higher Education has devised a mechanism for timely settlement of Pension Cases. As a part of the mechanism, the Department has taken a new initiative/scheme “सेवार्थ” (SEVARTH) wherein the Pension Authorization Letter along with a Memento and Appreciation Certificate are handed over to the retiring officials (Govt.Colleges, Aided Colleges under DHE & Goa University) by the representative of this Directorate on his/her last working day commencing from the month of September, 2018. The Department has prepared a data base of employees due to retire within next 4 years based on information collected from Colleges and Goa University.
